As soon as you drive along the beautiful domain you will see a total of three buildings; the Guest House with garage and buanderie, the main house to the right and the authentic water mill whis is surrounded by a private Lake, a large garden with several terraces where you can enjoy or shelter from the sun. The property dos not have a pool but we do have approved plans for one.

The principal house: entrance/hall, toilet room with toilet and shower facilities, and access to the cosy half open typical French country kitchen with all amenities like dishwasher, oven, and fridge with freezer, microwave, and double sink and look at the attractive spacious living room. On two sides you will find double doors to the garden. The living room has a beautiful large fireplace with fireplace and beautiful exposed beams.

First floor: with the nice wide wooden stairs you reach the spacious landing with access to a separate toilet, two double rooms with magnificent views of the surrounding farmlands, garden and the Lake. Finally, you will find here a practical bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and closet wall.

Guest House ground floor: immediately left you will find the large garage/workshop space. Next to it the so-called buanderie. This space has a toilet room, room with shower, washbasin and washing machine and dryer. Also located here a wine/storage space. If desired an additional guest room. First floor Guest House: with the staircase next to the house you can reach the entrance which leads to the cosy living/dining room with high ceilings and beautiful beams in sight and then has access to three spacious bedrooms. All equipped with a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Mill: the old mill is very authentic and is now decorated and is used as an art studio. There is also a small studio which also serves as storage space. If you are going to renovate you can achieve a beautiful guest house with second covered terrace and view of the Lake.
