La Rosa is a cosy heated cottage providing relaxed, comfortable studio accommodation with french doors and private garden. Sleeps 2 plus baby. Fantastic central location for anyone looking to relax, enjoy a back to nature holiday or explore the region. Ideal for house hunting trips. central Lot et Garonne.

£250 to £350 per week.
£450 to £550 per month.
There is a heating supplement of £20 per full week stay in winter and end of stay cleaning charge of £25.
Arrival and departure times can usually be flexible.
Heated outdoor pool from May - October.

The property is set in gently rolling countryside and is very quiet but not remote, being only 3km from Le Temple Sur Lot with restaurants, bar, convenience store, bakery, water-lily museum, water sport centre etc. Do not be surprised if you see woodpeckers, hoopoes, squirrels and deer around the property.
The private garden looks onto lovely countryside and there is a terrace, bar-b-que and dining table and chairs for alfreso dining.The ancient cedar tree in the garden is home to many animals and birds and gives some welcome shade.
It is easily reached from Bergerac airport 1 hour away or Bordeaux 1.5 hours away. By car, it is only 20 mins from motorway.

The accommodation is open plan. Kitchen area has cooker, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and board.
Lounge area has comfortable sofa and TV/dvd and UK freeview channels.
Double bed and all bed linen and towels provided.
Shower room with heated towel rail.

Owners live discreetly on site and are available for help and advice if required but largely invisible if not.

Sorry no pets as we have dogs of our own and a couple of friendly goats and chickens who will share their eggs with you!

We will consider short or long term winter lets. The property is available from October - March on a long term basis.
