Le Barcares & Cap Coudalère: Le Barcares is a sea side resort situated 25 km from Perpignan (airport) in the beautiful Languedoc Roussillon area ( more than 325 days of sun), between a marine lake and the Mediterranean. Cap Coudalere with its private beach, is ideal for windsurfers. The apartments are in two and three storied residences which share three caretakers. Its restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques invite inhabitants to stroll and browse along its pedestrianised streets.
Cap Coudalère offers a diverse range of sporting facilities for all the family. Its leisure complex offers everything for a successful holiday.

The Beach & the Climate: 8km of sandy beach and deep blue sea are maintained to a high standard. The blue flag guaranteees a class A water quality flies all along the Barcares beach.
Barcares enjoys a Mediterranean climate, characterised by a blue sky and hot summers. In the summer there is a cool breeze and it almost never rains. Between 7am and 8 am every morning there is a fish auction in the Barcares' port when the fishing boats return. A large range of fresh fish is available.
