The cottage has one triple bedroom with one double bed & one single bed.
Downstairs is the kitchen/dining and sitting room area off which is the bathroom which has a shower, lavatory & washbasin. It is simply but comfortably furnished.
The garden is directly in front of the cottage which is in the courtyard of the hamlet of which we are the only occupants. The village of St.Vaury (1km away) has several small shops (a small supermarket, 2 bakeries, 2 tabacs, 2 banks, a post office, a pharmacie, a charcuterie, 2 doctors and a bar) and Gueret is 10 km away where there are plenty more shops.
We live across the road so are available for any assistance or advice should you need it.
We are between La Souterraine (20mins) , Gueret (10mins) and Dun le Palestel (15 mins)so very well positioned for house hunters.
We are in the middle of several cycle/walking tracks of varying difficulties.
We have 15 acres of land you can wander in.
Ideal for a quiet getaway or an active holiday with canoeing, cycling, walking, swimming, tennis & bird-watching to entertain you.
