Hello all, we will be opening our houses for Rental from the 1st of May 2014 and look forward to having you stay with us.
The House is Located in a little Hamlet called Villeneuve and is only 20 minutes from Limoges Airport and 10 minutes from the town of St. Junien which has many shops, cafes, Restaurants and even a McDonalds with WIFI access. The town is beautiful and very historic too.
As you can see from our Photo's ,it is a 2 Bed-roomed home but can sleep up to 8 persons as we have 2 double Sofa-beds in our open Plan Lounge dining room.
The Lounge has a Tv, Dvd player and Surround sound system. we have free-sat English Channels too.
The Kitchen has everything to make your stay comfortable as well as a Welcome Pack which consists of Tea,Coffee,Sugar and Milk with a Bottle of Red and White Wine.
The Bath-room has a multi jet Shower which is Bliss.
We can provide Towels at a small charge, A hairdryer, iron and ironing board for you to use while you stay.
The Cost of a Nightly Stay is 55.00 euro and our weekly stays are from 275.00 euro.
Pets are very welcome but must be Fully House trained & friendly.
We also have one of our Lakes and cabin which is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. It is very beautiful and peaceful as it's set into the forest that surrounds it. It is Ideal for relaxing in the Sun-shine or having a Barbecue etc. Generator, Portable toilet, Camping beds can be available.
