All the bedrooms are en-suite with large showers and marble floors and there is solid wooded floors throughout the chalet. 20mm oak on the living and dinging area and 20mm maple on the bedroom floors.
As you can see by the photos provided and on our website all the furniture is of very high quality and fits it the chalet very well, we even had a bespoke chesterfield made for beside the fire place.

The owners or staff accommodation is a 65m2 2 bed 1 bath with separate kitchen apartment on the top floor the accommodation is bright newly fitted and even comes with a superking bed.

We have spent 2 years making an amazing chalet and business, but due to family issues we are now having to sell. The chalet is sold ready for business with advanced bookings already in place. You could move in tomorrow and welcome your new guests straight away, as the chalet comes with absolutely everything. The chalet also has a restaurant licence 4, which means that you can serve any drinks you like.


The Chalet is based in the beautiful village of Venosc which is one of the villages that makes up Les 2 Alpes, and is liked to the main resort with a gondola. due to the chalets location we are very busy in both winter and summer. The chalet sits in a prime location overlooking a stunning waterfall and sits on a plot of 3500m2 with a large garden, veg plot and wooded area leading down to a river.


This is a unique opportunity to start living the dream with very little effort, as everything has already been done. Business is running well in both winter and summer and we are fast gaining a reputation for being the best quality chalet in the area. There is generally a lack of good accommodation in the area and that is why we have been so successful. we have been able to supply high end accommodation at an affordable rate, always a success.
The chalet is equipped with everything you need to start trading right away. all the furniture, linen, a very large set of denby crockery, plenty for guests plus lots spare in case of breakages, a pro kitchen with pro dishwasher, which does a full load in 3 minutes. off the kitchen there is a 12m2 pantry for storing all your food. we also do all our own laundry, Well the chalet hosts do, and we have a semi pro washing machine which does full hot loads in 35mins.
The reason why I started the chalet the way i did is because on my job, as a ski instructor, for many years I have been sitting on lifts with guests listening to them complain about their accommodation. So i decided to set out and correct all the problems that I had heard people complain about, the result I have been able to create a chalet that is easy to run and which keeps all the guests happy as well. Everything has been thought of so you don't have too


As stated above the property sits on a plot of 3500m2 which consists of the chalet plot, the garden which has a large terrace with comfortable seating and an outside covered dining area for 12.
The land is split into 3 plots and the garden plot is considered construct-able land so there is scope to add to the property in the future.
there is also a large lawned area leading back to the polly tunnel and above the extensive veg plot. we use this to produce food for ourselves and for the chalet which the guests absolutely love. we also have a communal spring feed that costs €10 per year, this give unlimited spring water which means watering the veg even on the longest hot dry periods is not a problem and leads to amazing quantities on fruit, veg and salad. past this there is a large wooded area with a mix of trees from oak to pine and lots of hazel nut trees this leads down a bank towards the river at the bottom. the woods can be used to harvest wood for the burner and would also make an amazing place to build a tree house.


We welcome any inspection at any time and if you are travelling over especially to view we would welcome you to stay to be able to appreciate the chalet fully. As the chalet was only built in 2006 there is still the builders guarantee in place until 2016.
