Surrounded by a golf course within a secure, tranquil, private estate, a part of which is designed by Francois Spoerry, the architect who created Port Grimaud in the 1960’s. This modern Provencal villa, built in 2000, is set on a hill with spectacular views over the bay of St Raphael to the front and the Maures mountains to the rear. A large communal 25 metre swimming pool and children’s pool together with three tennis courts are all within 150 metres.

This pretty villa has its own 10m x 10m lawned garden surrounded by mature shrubs and hedges to give privacy, with west facing terrace and balcony ensuring magnificent sun rises and shaded long summer evenings.

The living area briefly comprises of a large open plan kitchen, dining lounge area with access to the terrace and garden through French windows. Three bedrooms are upstairs, one large double with balcony, one twin with en suite shower room, and one room with bunk beds. Downstairs the master bedroom with large double bed and en suite bathroom has French windows leading onto the terrace.

The Golf de Roquebrune domain has a large open air fenced swimming pool which overflows into a circular children's pool. The pool is free to use from 9.00am until 8.00pm each day. A shower, changing room and toilet is situated near the pool. There is plenty of shade around the children's pool.

There are 3 tennis courts on the domain, which are free to use and can be booked on an hourly basis.

Horse riding, golf and trout fishing are within 5 minutes drive of the villa. Walking, canoeing and river rafting are available in the beautiful and spectacular Gorges du Verdon. Sandy beaches, shops, nightlife and twice weekly markets are available in the lively resort of St Aygulf, 5 minutes drive away or in Frejus, St Raphael, St Maxime or St Tropez. There is a service charge of €130 on all bookings payable on arrival to cover the cost of the staff who will look after you during your stay, enable the internet connection on arrival and clean the property when you depart.

The supply and laundry of bed-linen and set of house towels is available if required at an additional cost of €25 per person.

Rentals run from 4.00 pm on Saturday to 10.00 am on the following Saturday.

We ask that you arrive between the hours of 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Arrivals beyond this time will attract an additional charge.

A 25% deposit will be required to secure your booking.

There is a €200 refundable security deposit.
