What is included in the Premium package?

Premium Services listings receive all the benefits of a standard listing but they include some crucial additions which help to increase a company's prominence in the section, including:

What is included in the Standard package?

A quick enquiry button on the directory pages.
Your company slogan/description on the directory pages.
A listing on every regional and service type page in which you operate.
A company details page including; a link to your website, an enquiry form, your contact details (including address, telephone & fax number and contact name), location map of your offices, send to a friend and print buttons.

Free Listings

Free listings do not have their own separate company details page, they simply display your company name and an enquiry button on the directory pages with none of the added features of a Standard or Premium advert. They are listed at the bottom of each relevant category and/or search.

How do I start?

Simply fill in our brief Services registration form with your relevant details.

How long does it take to process?

We will create your advert and reply back to you within 72hrs of registering. We hope to take payment and place every advert online as soon as possible. Most adverts are processed and moved online within one week.

How much information can we include on our Company Page?

We recommend that you include up to about 500 words, although we do allow more. Make sure that you outline your products/services in full and include useful information such as any technical procedures or testimonials which may be of interest. For ideas and to see how we present Services adverts please view some adverts already in our system.

Does French-property.com charge VAT / TVA?

Yes. At the standard UK rate of 15% to all UK companies. French and other EU based companies who are VAT registered are not charged due the reciprocal VAT / TVA agreement within the EU, providing we receive a valid TVA number. Our UK registered VAT number is 843 8810 09.

How can I make payment to French-property.com?

We accept cheques or credit / debit card deposits in both €uros and Sterling, please ensure that you make the cheques payable to IFP Ltd.
