Alsace boasts an excellent system of airports, mainly shared with neighbouring countries. Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport is an excellent entrance point in the region with its many destinations. Basel-Mulhouse-Fribourg Euro Airport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport is the first one in Alsace thanks to the number of passengers per year flying through this airport. It is shared by three countries and is bound to become one of the leading airports in Europe.
