Building Survey reports are produced in English and emailed and posted to you. Reports included digital photography of the property and defects. Option to include electrical report by French SIRET registered English Electrician resident in France, (subject to location), produced in English with devis (quotation) for recommended electrical works.

The vendor, an elderly French Gentlemen, became inexplicably quite angry when I focused my attention on the roof, apparently the RAF attacking a German command post this house had unfortunately destroyed his roof, I was one of the few British he had met since and he left me in no doubt at his displeasure at this event!

The French Estate Agent offered to direct me to the remote house, I was to follow his car in mine, I was grateful for this, until a high speed murderous drive ensued along single track country lanes. On arrival I congratulated the estate agent on his display of driving like Jean Alesi, (ex french formula 1 driver), he looked very pleased and left, it took me a while to compose myself for the survey!
