Limousin Air Travel and Flights

There are not many ways to get to Limousin, due to the geography of the region. One of these is to fly there, with companies now operating to and from the region:

Largest Airport
In 2007 Limoges airport welcomed 391,000 passengers. These figures are growing every year so the airport is promised to a nice future. It offers flight to: Paris Orly, Paris Roissy, Lyon, London, Liverpool, Nottingham, Charleroi, Southampton, Newcastle, Nice, Corsica, Central Europe, Croatia, Italy, Malaga, Madeira, Russia, Ibiza, Portugal, Sardinia, Malta, Morocco, Sicily, Tunisia.

Local Airports
Brive Airport: This airport is under construction to give the region a better network of transport. Works began in 2003 and will cost 46 million euros. The project completion date is 2010. The aim of this airport is to reach quickly a goal of around 100 000 passengers a year.
