• Rent or buy an apartment Apartments in Lower Normandy can be really cheap depending upon their location, and many bargains can be found, especially in the countryside around big cities. Unlike other French regions, apartments in this area have a balcony, a cellar and a private car park. They tend to be quite ancient in town centres and most recent in outskirts.
