With a backdrop of the snowy peaks of the Audibergue (with its small ski resort less than an hour away) and stunning views beyond the village towards the Esterel, the property overlooks Frejus and the Mediterranean towards the bay of Saint Tropez.

Through the so-called ‘Penetrante’ (highway between Cannes and Grasse) and A8, it takes about 40 minutes to reach the airport in Nice, with regular flights all year round to most European countries. In 2 hours you can be on the slopes in the fantastic ski resorts of Isola 2000 and Auron. There are many tourist attractions in the area such as the Gorges du Verdon, the plain of Valensole (famous for its iconic lavender fields), Lac du Saint Cassien and the best Golf courses near the Medierranean (Cannes, Antibes, Mandelieu).

No wonder local residents refer to the location as ‘le petit paradis du Saint Cézaire’!

The house has an area of approximately 160m2. It comprises a large living room with original tiles floor, beamed ceiling and fireplace. It gives access via two double doors to the partly covered terrace and the adjacent swimming pool of 10mx4m.

The front door has direct access to the living room, but is also accessible via the separate kitchen and spacious, well equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, Miele extractor hood).

On the ground floor, via the hallway you reach the spacious master bedroom, bathroom (with bath, toilet and double sinks) and the second bedroom which is currently used as a spacious dressing room with a large closet.

There is direct access from the living room to a toilet with a smaller shower.

The character staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms resp. study rooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. A small door leads to loft storage space. Under the stairs is a spacious basement cellar.

A garage with mezzanine (raised floor area) and lots of storage space is easily accessible through the kitchen.
Heating by electric convectors and wall panels throughout and hot water with a 300 litre electric boiler. No gas. Due to the typical Provencal building style, the house is cool in summer and warm in winter (open fireplace!)
In short an ideal home for lovely long holidays but also suitable for a permanent residence in one of the most sought after parts of France.
