The WWII Resistence camps in Boubon forest 5 mins by car. 10km to Saint Mathieu Lake, there is a small beach with water sports, fishing, picnics or have a restaurant meal. Popular Doctors surgery in Oradour-sur-Vayres 5.8kms. Rochechauart has a chateau and church with twisted spire, 15 minutes drive. Piegut, just 20 mins drive has a very good market on Wednesday mornings. In St Junien 31kms, good variety of shops, 3 large supermarkets and good market on Saturday mornings.

Limoges Airport and train station (35 mins), Poitiers (1hr50), and Bergerac (1hr50).
Taking the D22 from Cussac toward La Chapelle-Montbrandeix, turn left onto the C204 to the hamlet of Negrelat, 87150 Cussac.
