Place de Caron is the heart of Val Thorens and a main meeting point with ski schools, tourist information. It also has direct access to to Rond Point Les pistes and the vast beginners ski area & ski lifts.

Access
By plane: A selection of airports are accessible in less than 3 hours: Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble, Chambéry.
Private Aerodromes & helipads are also accessible in less than 1h30: Albertville, Méribel, Courchevel.
By train: Moutiers station 1 hour, bus or taxi to Val Thorens. There are regular shuttle buses to Moutiers train station during the ski season. Moutiers station offers access to Paris, Lyon & Chambery.
By car: motorway to Albertville, then dual carriageways to Moutiers.

Interior
Both apartments are located on the 2nd floor and are reached via a communal staircase (no lift).
There is access to private ski lockers on the ground floor.

Each Duplex apartment has a habitable space of 30m2 and sleeps between 4 and 6 guests.
The apartments have their own balcony (one west and one east facing) with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Entrances to both apartments are from the upper part of the Duplex.

The apartments share a long party wall which offers the possibility of creating one large apartment. Permission for joining the apartments was granted at the co-propriété annual meeting in March 2022.

Additional Details
The residence is only 30 years old and owned via a small co-propriété of only 15 owners. The building is well maintained, with regular maintenance work and it was repainted only 5 years ago.
