Magagnosc lies in the green zone between Chateauneuf and Grasse. Historically this has been the area providing raw materials for the perfume industry. It is 40 minutes by car from Nice airport The nearest area for shops, bars, restaurants is at Pre du Lac (1.5 km). The biggest concentration of supermarkets and large stores is at Grasse Le Plan (4 km). The area is great for golf courses, walks in the hills and lunches at any variety of local establishments. For entertainment further entertainment Valbonne is a hub (9km) as is Mougins (15km). For the beach Cannes is irresistible and only takes 35 minutes to reach.

Access
From Nice Airport (28km) it is 30 to 40 minutes by car. A bus service (505) also operates from and this takes about an hour and a quarter. This leaves you a couple of hundred yards away. A train service operates between Cannes and Grasse. From Cannes the TGV will take you to Paris.

Interior
The property is entered through large, antique, wooden double doors that open onto an extensive living and dining area that itself opens onto the garden.
