Comfortable house all year round. Cool in summer and warm in winter, with powerful wood-burning stoves, and own supply of fuel from the land.
Exterior
A large stone terrace with unobstructed views towards Canigou runs along the whole of the front of the house, with French windows opening directly onto the patio from the living room and downstairs bedroom. A stone tool shed is built onto the side of the casot, and there is a workshop opposite the house. There is also ample parking space to the side of the house.
The property sits in 2 hectares of land including a large enclosed field and a dedicated space for beehives. Access to local water for watering is separate from the drinking supply. The land borders the land of an established commercial organic vegetable grower and has many beautiful plants and trees including walnut and almond trees and a variety of fruit trees, including apricots, plums, apples and quince.
