Interior
Decorated and renovated rooms with a practical and personal touch.At the front door you´ll get to the reception, where you can turn to your left into the fully fitted kitchen, which 2 big fridges, dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove, cutlery, pots, pan, glasses, plates for at least 20 people and a cosy sitting area. Trough the kitchen you get to the conservatory with a oriental massage table and from there it leads you to the first terrace ( sits 20 people on tables and chairs) into the garden. Back to the reception you can as well turn right to a small corridor and you find abed room on the left, follow the corridor and you come to the dinning room for 12 people, a piano, TV and a balcony overlooking the river. From the dinning room are stairs leading up 2 double bedrooms.
Again back to the reception you can go straight on to the right where a staircase leads you up to 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.
We are back in the reception and left behind the reception desk you´ll find another double bed room. If you go straight behind the reception desk you will come the heart of the mill, the grinding room, now used as a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The wooden grinding units are still there. At the end you find a door which leads to the garden and another staircase which leads to a small studio for 4 people and a kitchenette.
The barn opposite the entrance is now a dojo or ballroom (60 m2) as you wish. The other 2 barns are used as store rooms at moment.

Exterior
A well keep park ( 8000m 2) with fruit trees, figs, walnut trees, flowers, a fish pond, kids play ground, trampolin, garden chess, badminton, boulodrom, ping pong table, summer kitchen, sauna, whirl pool, private beach, small fishing jetty on the river is fenced in with several BBQ and solar heated swimming pool (10 x 4 m ). By the pool is another covered terrace and a pool house with kitchen, toilet and outdoor shower sleeps another 2 people. There is a pump from the river which allows to water the garden with river water. At the gateway to the premises is a parking lot for 7 cars.

Additional Details
There are 2 expandable barns, which could be converted to an extra 200 m2 living space. The free river water excess (pump) is very useful when to maintain the 8000 m2 park.
