Douce France is located 1.5km from the local village (Saint Nicolas de la Grave) which has a supermarket, medical facilities, pharmacy, bakery, 2 restaurants, petrol station etc. The village is located in Tarn-et-Garonne which is a growing department with great infrastructure and facilites. Tarn-et-Garonne is on the axis of Toulouse-Bordeaux and attracts a lot of tourism.
The nearest train station is in Moissac (8km away) with hourly trains to Toulouse (45 mins trip). Moissac has 100s of shops and 25+ restaurants.
Toulouse airport is a 45 mins drive away by motorway and the motorway exit is 8km from Douce France.
Moissac, Auvillar, and other local towns attract a lot of tourism with Moissac having a UNESCO listed Abbey. Saint Nicolas de la Grave has a "base de loisirs" - a local lake with tourist facilities - kayaking, boating etc.
