The main house has 3 double bedrooms and a 4th smaller room which can be used as a single room/office, 2 ensuite shower rooms and a 3rd separate shower room, a stunning vaulted ceiling living room and an open plan kitchen/dining room and pantry, with a Travertine stone floor.
The fully equipped gîte has an open plan living space, 2 bedrooms and a shared shower room.
Outdoors is a fabulous garden, large swimming pool, terrace, garden workshop and poolhouse, together with a laundry/5th wc.
Underneath the property are the original wine vats, which provide a fabulous garage/storage space.

Location
Situated just 35 minutes from Carcassonne and within easy reach of both Toulouse and Carcassonne airports, Bellegarde-du-Razès is ideally located for exploring the best of the region. In just over an hour, you can reach the Mediterranean beaches or the ski slopes and hiking trails of the Pyrenees. The area is rich in history, dotted with Cathar castles, medieval towns, and world-class vineyards.
The village itself is incredibly welcoming, with an active social scene and a primary school. Essential amenities, including shops, bars, and medical facilities, are just 5 minutes away in Belvèze-du-Razès. For a more scenic journey, take a 20-minute cycle ride along the Voie Verte, a former railway line transformed into a fantastic cycling and walking route. In the other direction, the Voie Verte leads to the charming town of Mirepoix, home to an iconic Monday market.
For a wider range of restaurants, supermarkets, and cultural experiences, both Mirepoix and Limoux are just a 20-minute drive away, offering everything you need for a vibrant yet peaceful lifestyle.

Access
Carcassonne airport is 35 minutes away, while Toulouse International Airport is 1hr 15mins away. Or take the train from Bram to Toulouse or Narbonne and on to the coast.
The Spanish border is just over 2hrs away and Barcelona about 3hr 30min.
