In Genay, on the northern outskirts of Lyon, one of the rare medieval fortified houses still standing in the region. This château, whose origins date back to the 13th and 14th centuries (circa 1350), has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1947. It offers 555 sq m under the Loi Carrez measurement within a total built area of 1,058 sq m, spread across four levels, a vaulted cellar, and attic space, set within a 3,500 sq m landscaped park.

The ground floor comprises a kitchen, two sitting rooms, a reception room, a tasting room, a study, and a first suite — a generous ensemble of reception spaces marked by remarkable ceiling heights, original woodwork, and several fireplaces.

The first floor features a dining room, two sitting rooms, a secondary kitchen, and three suites, served by an open gallery overlooking the inner courtyard.
