The owners bought the property in 1987 and it’s been a much-loved family holiday home ever since. Over the years the owners have carried a good deal of renovation work including a fully insulated new roof.





On the ground floor there is a farmhouse kitchen, with beautiful tiled floor, exposed beams and original fireplace. Sitting within the fireplace is a large wood-burning ‘cusinière’. The property is located in a small hamlet, surrounded by lovely countryside. It offers the perfect rural retreat without being isolated. The village of Céaucé is 5mins by car. Here you’ll find basic shops, including a very good boulangerie. The medieval town of Domfront is a short drive and here you’ll find an excellent weekly market, restaurants, a good selection of shops and supermarkets.
