Other nearby towns include Duras, Saint-Émilion (a UNESCO World Heritage site), and Castillon-la-Bataille, which has a train station with direct links to Bordeaux and Bergerac. Monségur also hosts an annual summer jazz festival.

Bergerac airport is about 45 minutes by car, and Bordeaux airport is around 1 hour and 10 minutes away.
