Josselin is around 15 minutes away, with its château, medieval centre, shops, restaurants, bars, canal and weekly market. Ploërmel is approximately 20 minutes by car and offers a wider range of shops and services, as well as Lac au Duc with its beach, summer watersports, golf course, hotel and spa.

Rennes and its airport are around 50 minutes away, while Saint-Malo ferry port is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, making the property practical for regular trips between Brittany and the UK.
