Entrance

On the end of the building is the un-renovated part which is 2 story's high and could be knocked into the utility room to make another good size gîte if the correct planning permission were in place.
Land
Behind each Gite there is a large plot of land which is set aside for the relaxing guests. There are table and chairs for outside dining at each gite and 2 above ground pools which the guests can use. The land goes back for a long way and there are several walks you can do and if like me get lost in the trees. You have countryside in all directions.

This gîte complex is big but spread over 2 sites so not overcrowded and guests still can have their privacy or join in with everyone else.
The property is positioned near the Normandy- Mayenne border so you have countryside all around but are close to large towns like Gorron, Laval and Ernee in Mayenne and Domfront, Mortain and Saint-Hilaire in Normandy+ Orne. Plus, you get the added bonus of the smaller villages in between.
You are about 1.45min away from the ports and 1.30min from the airport at Rennes.
Vineyards are in abundance in this area both wine and cider and for the energetic guests you are very close to the disused railway line which is now a cycle track and goes up north or West to the coast.
