11-Acre Fishery Set Within an 8-Hectare Fenced Plot

Three Islands Lake is an 11-acre fishery set within an 8-hectare fenced plot, located in the Picardy region in the north of France. With its large variety of carp breeds and sizes, it offers something for all anglers who enjoy getting away to hopefully catch their dream fish. The lake has been stocked over the past decade with many quality fish. There is a toilet/shower cabin, a kitchen cabin, a separate fishing cabin, 8-berth caravan, 20-foot secure metal shipping container and a secure storage hut. The kitchen and shower blocks have solar power and a gas boiler to provide hot water. Water is pumped from a deep borehole and stored in 2 x 1000l containers. There is a septic tank onsite, which is emptied regularly by a local farmer. The lake is a closed water, so fishing is permitted year-round. There are 7 swims around the lake, some are double swims. We have numerous power tools for lake maintenance, including chainsaws, strimmer’s, mowers, etc., and a 6-wheel John Deere Gator – all of which could be negotiated in the sale price. The entire plot is fully fenced, and the entrance gate is secured with a combination lock, as are the cabins.
