Campers can use the lovely woodfired hot-tub or play boules on the Petanque court. The children can play on the kids park, play table tennis or simply run and play around in the safe and secure grounds.

The 13,788m² lake is fully stocked with carp, perch, tench and roach. It's a real feature.

There is currently no residential house on the site. The current owners live in a large campervan set in its own private area (not included in the sale price).
