An Exceptional Estate in Aix-En-Provence's most Prestigious Address

Property Description

A Private Estate in the Heart of Aix-en-Provence

Set within Aix-en-Provence's most sought-after residential enclave, and just twenty minutes on foot from the historic centre, this 600 sq.m Maison de Maître sits at the heart of a private, walled estate of 3.10 hectares.

The grounds are formal in the French tradition – pine, cypress and olive trees alongside persimmons and a broader palette of Mediterranean planting – and open onto uninterrupted views across the valley to Sainte-Victoire, the mountain that has drawn painters to this corner of Provence for well over a century.

The house itself reflects the same attention to detail: ornamental plasterwork, Rognes stone detailing and period wood panelling throughout, all in keeping with its architectural pedigree.

A separate caretaker's house, an orangery and a substantial pool house complete the estate, offering genuine scope for family life and entertaining alike.

Discreetly positioned and rarely available, this is a rare chance to acquire one of Aix's great private addresses, moments from the city yet entirely apart from it.
