Le Priou is a small hamlet with only a few people living there year-round. That is why you will benefit from a pieceful and quiet environment.
Saint-Chinian, a small town with its own wine appellation, is only 8 minutes by car (or 45 minutes by foot). Here, you will find all amenities like a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, super markets, several restaurants, and a tourist office. Every Sunday from 08h00 to 13h00, a market is held on the Rue de la Promenade and in front of the Mairie. There are about 40 stalls, half food and half non-food. There is also a market on Thursday, at the same hour and in the same spot, but the one on Sunday is livelier.
