Further on there is a hallway (4.5m2 and built-in wardrobe of 1.5m2) which gives access to a door with the staircase that goes upstairs. At the rear are 2 bedrooms (12.5 and 10.5 m2) each with a large window, laminate flooring, unearthed outlets. On the top floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms at the ends. The one at the back overlooking the garden is 12m2 with an additional space of 3.3m2 which could become an adjoining shower room. And on the street side there is another 14.5m2 bedroom with a separate 1.5m2 room where you could put a toilet, or of course use as a dressing room. Nice view ! The industrial building next to the house belongs to the municipality, where the maintenance staff meet during the working week and then go to work. There is also some storage, but after 5pm, and on weekends, nobody comes, so the place is actually very quiet.
