A beautiful oak staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a hall (14m2) giving access to a bedroom with a floor area of 15m2, 2.45m high, there are some sloping sides, but a very large light was achieved with windows to the garden, so that you can stand almost over the entire area. The bedroom facing the street has 2 double windows and measures 16m2. Height 2m20. The third bedroom (19m2) has a sink, shower and WC with sanibroyeur, and a mezzanine that can accommodate a bed. On the 2nd floor there is another large room of 26m2 with sloping sides, finished with paneling and probably well insulated. The house has gas central heating (propane) and therefore a fireplace with integrated stove. There is a septic tank but it is not compliant.
