There are several water features, the land is fairly flat and usable for numerous projects.The buildings are arranged in a U-shape, creating a pleasant courtyard.The location, the potential and the enormous amount of land form an excellent starting point for a fantastic project, but an investment is still required to bring the whole up to date.The interior of the house has no load-bearing walls, making it possible to create a completely new layout or large open spaces. The current layout is as follows. Upon entering the house, one enters directly into the living room of 37m2, with a ceiling height of 2.6m. This room contains a large open fireplace as well as the staircase to the upper floor. From the living room there is a door to a small rear outbuilding, the roof of which has collapsed, making this space currently inaccessible.To the right of the living room is the dining room, an open space of 17m2 with the possibility of installing a stove. Adjacent to this is the kitchen of 13m2, with double doors providing direct access to the garden. Next to the kitchen there is a separate toilet and a pantry or utility room, ensuring a practical organisation of this living area.To the left of the living room is an additional room serving as an entrance hall of 6m2, with its own external door and a staircase leading to the attic. The internal walls are mainly made of plasterboard or a similar material, making it relatively easy to adapt or redesign the layout.The whole stands on a plot of more than 28 hectares and includes, in addition to the main building, several outbuildings and stables.Directly to the left of the house, adjoining it, are several adjoining stable buildings of respectively 18m2, 39m2 and 11m2, each with its own entrance. Above these stables is a hayloft or general attic, accessible via a staircase from the house.Furthermore, there is a large, detached barn with a total surface area of 230m2. Of this, 106m2 consists of a large open space, while the remainder is divided into attic spaces and former stable areas on the ground floor. The ridge height of this barn is 8.30m, indicating a very large usable volume.At the front of the barn there are three attached spaces of respectively 21m2, 20m2 and 21m2. To the right of the house there is a covered area of 56m2 with a damaged asbestos roof requiring repair, adjoining a garage of 21m2.At the rear of the large barn there is also an extension of 86m2, which previously most likely served as horse boxes. In this section a serious structural defect has been identified, as part of the asbestos roof has collapsed and immediate intervention is required.A beautiful ensemble therefore, but a large renovation project.
