This is larger than below because a part above the former stable has been made habitable. This stable is 42m² and accessible with a large barn gate but also through the cloakroom, So this space can easily be turned in extra living-space. The large bedroom is on the front side of the house, and has a floor space of 42m² (!) With a minimum height of 1m20 and therefore at standing height there is still 30m². Maximum height 3m80. A very pleasant room, with double glass doors giving access to a concrete terrace above the double carport. A spacious landing of 11m² with lots of light separates the large room from the corridor with the other rooms. These are 14, 10.5 and 8m² standing height with extra storage space and there is an additional storage room. The beautiful tiled bathroom (8m²) has a bath, shower, toilet and sink. The septic tank does not conform, but all drains come together at 1 point where a tank can easily be installed. An outbuilding with a workshop of 80m² in total can easily be converted into a guesthouse. There is also a closed workshop of 60m² and an open hangar. The area surrounding the pond is nicely furnished with terraces, there is water and electricity on the entire property, ideal for campers. The water on the land is provided from a well that always has water, with a pump. Of course, there is also city water and water from the river in that meadow.
