The next two chambers, 18m2 and 14m2 each have a wooden floor, radiator and a window. In the small room, a staircase leads to the large attic (71m2). This attic is not insulated.
Attached to the house, there is a series of barns / workshops. In the adjoining part there is a concrete floor (48m2), the electric water heater, the central heating system and the fuel oil tank. This large space could be used as a workshop. There is direct access to the living quarters. In addition, there are 3 barns with a total surface of +/- 250m2.
The garden, with its beautiful old walnut, is sunny until late afternoon. On the other side of the garden, there is still a great big barn, which could possibly be converted into lodging.
