The property is in the centre of the village which has tennis courts and country walks near by.

Saint James is the nearest town and has all amenities with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a weekly market and in previous years has held free music nights. The American war memorial is close by. There are many places to visit in the surrounding area including the Mont St Michel which is the most visited attraction in France, gardens, chateaus and zoos. Other beautiful places to visit are St Malo, Cancale, Combourg, Avranches amongst a few and many beautiful beaches along the bay of the Mont St Michel.

There are railway stations in Pontorson 10 km or Rennes 51km. The ferry port of St Malo is 63km and Caen Ouistreham 144km.
