The stairs lead to an impressive landing, which is large enough to be a workspace, writing area or reading-nook. There are three bedrooms on this floor, the 'master' bedroom featuring a large Velux above the bed so he beautiful clear night skies of Brittany can be observed in all their glory.
Stone feature walls have been maintained as much as possible and the pairing with the wooden floors creates a welcoming gallery feel.

The setting is incredibly peaceful away from any main roads or busy access areas, and you are simply greeted by birdsong, crickets and the usual country sounds.... it is tranquility itself ! There are two other houses in the small hamlet but the house and garden are not overlooked and it is a positive feeling having people nearby but by no means in your space.
There's a delightful bar and créperie a short cycle away and the village of Meneac offers a boulangerie, shop, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, medical centre, schools, mediatheque and sports hall and plenty of events and activities.
