Situated in the commune of La Feuillée, in the heart of the Monts d'Arrée in the Armorique National Park lies this lovely 2 bed stone built cottage. It is 10 minutes to the pretty lakeside town of Huelgoat and just a 30 minute drive to the larger town of Morlaix with all its' ammenities and the north coast beaches beyond. The ferry port at Roscoff and Brest airport are both under an hours drive making the property very accessible.

The Cottage;
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen , dining room with a woodburning cooker. There is also a utility room with downstairs WC and bath tub.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, of which one is currently configured as a living room. There is also a shower room and a dressing room.

On the second floor and up in the eaves there is a further space currently used as a bedroom and office space.

Outside, there is a small fenced patio area with a gate onto the lane. The main garden is found across the lane and is mainly grassed. Here there is a useful storage shed as well as a large mobile home which can provide additional living accommodation. There is ample parking for several cars.
