Access to the house is through a heavy wooden door that opens onto a long hallway. Under the stairs is a convenient toilet and access to the laundry room, which houses the heating system. The heating system is a highly efficient heat pump. It works on the same principle as a refrigerator, but in reverse, making it very cost-effective.
Upstairs, on the left, is a shower room with a toilet. A few more steps lead you to a landing. To the left is a very large bedroom, and opposite is another large bedroom with access to the third bedroom. To the right of the hallway, you can access the attic, which is currently converted into an entertainment area but could also provide additional accommodation if required. The house is partly double-glazed and has mains drainage.
Outside, you will find a large courtyard leading to a large garden, mainly laid to lawn, but with some trees and foliage. The garden is fully fenced and therefore very safe for young children or pets. There is also a large storage shed for gardening machinery and tools, etc.
