Ref. YL-2579 Set in a hamlet in the countryside of Saint Thelo, 15mn north west of Loudeac, is this group of character buildings including a 17th century manor house, all of which conserve lots of the original features. All this set in around 2000m2 of grounds.
The manor house itself dates back to around 1750 and is liveable in a simplistic way but could become a really nice (and unusual) character home. Inside there are many features from stone slab floors, original staircase, several rooms with the original wooden paneled walls which are still in good condition for their age, semi-hidden rooms, quirky nooks and crannies, slate sink, stone stairs in walls and so on. Outside and to the rear of the manor house are two large barns that form a courtyard area.
