Sanitation by septic tank (non conforming but fully functioning).

Outbuildings: Shed with rabbit cages, two small buildings in ruin and a large outbuilding with loft above housing agricultural machines (included in the price). Attached land of 3.5 hectares and non-attached woodland of around 5 hectares in a nearby hamlet.
