The structural work has been well maintained. The corrugated "Eternit" roofing is securely fixed, and there are no signs of leaks or accidental cracks. However, these are raw buildings with no interior finishing. Their architectural quality is what gives them all their charm.

The 2,810 sqm plot that once formed the farmyard could accommodate a high-quality residence after major renovation. The dominant exposure is to the south. The four houses offer great potential for a variety of uses – as a private residence, holiday cottages, or other creative projects.

The woodland plots are contiguous. Near the houses, the forest is made up of unmanaged mature stands, while further out, there are beautiful, evenly planted trees nearing maturity and easily exploitable.
