Overview
Today we are in Trie-sur-Baïse, not far from the heart of the bastide town with its central square, market hall, and shops. Welcome to this house with its elegant lines, characteristic of the 1960s, and surrounded by a large garden planted with beautiful, mature trees.

The House
We are greeted by a beautiful white facade. A few steps lead to a sheltered porch and the entrance to the house. The surround of the main door, adorned with wooden panels, is a testament to the aesthetics of the period. Once through the door, we enter a spacious entrance hall with a WC, which provides access to all the rooms.

First, a large living-dining room illuminated by two large bay windows, each opening onto an outdoor terrace. A black stone fireplace, inspired by Brutalist design, adorns one of the walls.

Next, you enter a spacious kitchen, illuminated by a large window and complemented by a utility room that also serves as a laundry room. A small room extending from the kitchen leads to the dining room.

From the entrance, you access a first bedroom overlooking the front of the house, as well as a hallway leading to three further bedrooms on the back garden side. Two of these share a shower room, and the third has an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. A small additional room could be used as an office or for storage.

Finally, an internal staircase leads from this hallway to the lower floor.

The semi-basement
The semi-basement comprises three distinct spaces. The first is a single bedroom, lit by a large window, with an en-suite shower room. The second space is a large, dry storage room. The last space is a garage for one vehicle, which also houses the oil tank.

The Garden
The house is surrounded by a large, flat garden planted with a multitude of mature trees and various bushes and shrubs. At the front of the property, a gravel driveway provides access to the garage beneath the house, as well as a small, separate outbuilding.
At the rear of the property, several terraces overlook the large lawn, which features a swimming pool (renovation required).
