Production and SALES
The estate offers a range of 12 wines vinified and aged directly on the estate. The Sas also vinifies and markets a ‘négoce’ wine in the Vacqueyras AOP.
Approximately 80,000 bottles are sold in bottles. The remainder is sold in bag-in-box and in bulk to regional merchants. Ebitda is around €160K per year.
