A fully fitted kitchen has been neatly installed in one corner of the room and includes both a dishwasher and washing machine. A large window fills the space with light, while several smaller, quirky openings add character and charm.
Built into the front wall of the house, beneath the exterior staircase, is a beautifully preserved traditional bread oven, no longer in use but full of character.
First Floor
An exterior stone staircase leads to the first floor, adding further charm and authenticity to the property.
Here, a wooden door opens onto a spacious main bedroom with high ceilings and exposed beams, overlooking the front of the house. The room benefits from a large double-glazed window and a small mezzanine tucked under the eaves, ideal for storage.


Beyond the principal bedroom is a smaller second bedroom, also with a double-glazed window, wooden flooring and high ceilings. This room would make an ideal child's bedroom, guest room or home office for those who require only one bedroom.


Both bedrooms lead into the bathroom, which features a quirky original stone sink beneath the window. The bathroom also includes a bath, a ceramic washbasin, a Wc and an electric heater for the colder months.

Simple, authentic and full of charm, this pretty cottage could be enjoyed immediately as a holiday home. While the bathroom might ideally be updated in time, it is perfectly functional as it stands.
The setting is particularly appealing: a village where residents decorate their walls with flowerpots and place tables and chairs outside during the warmer months. A village where neighbours know one another, take pride in their homes, and care deeply for the beauty and atmosphere of the village itself.
