The house includes several levels: a ground floor with an open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a suite, and an office a first floor with a large suite, two bedrooms, and a living area a rooftop with a barbecue and relaxation area and a lower level dedicated to wellness with a gym, sensory spa, cinema, laundry room, and independent studio. Outside, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool house, and gardens with fountains.

Health House is fully air-conditioned, equipped with solar panels, and serviced by an elevator. It offers bright living spaces, private terraces, and facilities that promote relaxation and social interaction.
