Dating from 1850, this authentic flour mill with water rights saw its activity cease in January 2020 and is waiting for a buyer or a new project leader.

The property includes a house to be refreshed built in 1934, adjoining land and multiple outbuildings, all located near the town of St Dier D'Auvergne (all shops and schools).

Facing a large courtyard allowing several vehicles to be parked, the house rises partly on a cellar and is as follows:

Ground floor:

Thanks to its millrace, it works with water using a turbine, in low water periods electricity complements hydraulic power.

The mill can perfectly return to its initial activity, with equipment remaining for sale for the future buyer. A feasibility study and a technical study have been carried out (see with our services), subsidies may also be awarded (subject to the future project).

The location on the edge of the departmental road, the adjoining parking areas and the volumes offered also make it possible to envisage an interesting potential for exploitation, such as crafts, commercial, market gardening, vine cultivation, etc...
