The vines are trained on wires and in very good condition.

The Farm: The owners have chosen to produce 10,000 bottles of an excellent, award-winning wine, with the rest of the production going to a cooperative cellar, without commitment. The cellar space allows for the addition of more vats if production capacity needs to be increased.

All that is needed to increase production is to purchase a few additional hectares classified as Terrasses de Larzac.

The wine is sold at the estate, in wine shops, to restaurants and at external events.

Our Opinion: This rare property will charm you with its unique, sought-after and unspoilt location, as well as its high quality and potential for expansion. It would be possible to live on site by changing the use of the office or by applying for planning permission to build a separate house of around 130 m². The living environment would be idyllic!
