The laundry/basement offers storage space for bicycles, skis, and hiking equipment, as well as an additional toilet for guests.

The house is located at an altitude of approximately 880 meters in the small village of Hameau du Villard, part of Saint-Pierre-d'Entremont. A private parking area with space for seven cars is located in front of the property. The adjacent road is cleared of snow in winter.

The private apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals for twelve people, a living room, and, in the basement, a bedroom with an en-suite shower room (shower and toilet). The bedroom opens directly onto a private covered terrace. From the living room, two doors provide direct access to the large terrace of the guest house. The apartment connects to the guest house via an entrance/hallway, offering the possibility of maintaining privacy while still allowing interaction with the hosts. The living room is heated by a pellet stove, and the kitchen by underfloor heating.
