At the bend of an alley in the Saint Esprit district, a real loft of 100 m2 resulting from the rehabilitation of a former maritime warehouse. The original generous volume, following a simple and rectangular plan, inspired the owner. The latter remodelled the space by playing with tailor-made layouts. Wood in all its forms has been mainly used in this rehabilitation, which gives the place a cosy and hushed atmosphere. First of all, the converted entrance, which leads to the reception room with lounge area and dining kitchen, all topped with an imposing exposed framework, from which a soft zenithal light diffuses. Then, a bedroom with plenty of storage space, a shower room and an individual toilet complete this level. A suspended metal staircase then leads to a 2nd sleeping and relaxation area which overlooks the whole. This singular property finally houses behind glass walls a garage with multiple functions for handymen, artists, sportsmen... or players. An attractive place for lovers of atypical spaces.
