Family Hext, Conniston

“When mum and dad announced their fifth visit to loustalnebe and Pen and Andy their 2nd we were really beginning to think we were missing out on something!….. And we were! We have had the most special week..the views ,sounds, smells, the golf …in an unbeatable location. See you next year Dawn, we can’t wait!”
Mel & Ian Quayle Edinburgh

Loustalnebe is of “Gold standard” by which others will be judged! It was the golf that attracted us , but we have discovered the Lot!
Sylvia & William Castle

“The best place in the world to get engaged in and now to have our Honeymoon! Thanks Dawn for making everything so wonderful”
Susanna & David Selman Sherrington

“Waking up in this beautiful singing valley was heavenly!… the peace and tranquillity, in a picture book setting…we have simply fallen in love with the cottage! Golf and the warm welcome at “Roucous” was superb, an interesting, challenging course“.
Marion & Gorden Campbell, Edinburgh

“What a beautiful place! Every detail in the cottage shows imagination and vision It is also very comfortable .The whole area is a delight, starting with the valley and moving further afield”
3 Peters

“We have been very fortunate to spend a month here. So much do do and see but one is loath to leave the garden and the wonderful views! After reading all the previous comments, Dawn must fell very gratified to have created such a wonderful place, which brings so much pleasure to so many people”
Wyn & Jim Boyle

“All that can be said about the beauty and serenity of the area has been well and truly documented by those who have gone before, but we would like to pay a special tribute to dawn for the flair and imagination, she has applied in creating such a wonderful cottage A wonderful stay, which has ended all too soon!“
Ken & Magaret, Roddington
